The Baylor Bears have picked up a very important recruiting win out of the state of Alabama.
It’s not often Baylor invades that part of SEC territory to steal away a top target, but head coach Dave Aranda got three-star cornerback Micah Fleming onto campus for an official visit to Waco last month, and that paid off.
Checking in at 5-foot-10, 175 pounds from Alabaster, Alabama, Fleming committed to Baylor over a top group that featured the Stanford Cardinal, Georgia Bulldogs, Maryland Terrapins, Indiana Hoosiers and Duke Blue Devils, amongst others.
“So thankful and blessed to be given an opportunity of a lifetime. My family and friends and everyone that has supported me thank you so much. Today I have chosen Baylor,” Fleming wrote.
