Manchester United have been in contact to sign Real Madrid forward Endrick, and he is now keen on a move to Old Trafford.
As rumours about Joshua Zirkzee’s future continue to swirl, Man United have been searching for a new striker, and Endrick has been showing signs he is ready to be a key player for one of Europe’s top clubs.
During the second half of the 2025-26 campaign, the 20-year-old was shipped out on loan to Lyon, where he certainly didn’t disappoint, chipping in with five goals and seven assists in 16 Ligue 1 matches.
Despite only joining Lyon in January, the youngster created 30 chances in Ligue 1, the third-highest number in the squad across the season, while also finishing joint-first with Afonso Moreira in terms of assists.
Not only did the Brazilian dazzle during his time with the French side, but he also impressed former Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti, who said back in February 2025: “He has these amazing characteristics he has shown whenever he has a chance. His accuracy is off the charts, he’s quick and he still has a lot to improve with the ball.
“But, wow, his dribbling, his runs… the shot he has… he could even score a second goal easily with that great strike off the post… He is just spectacular. Very young, but a very fast learner.”

However, with the £68,000-a-week starlet’s Real Madrid career yet to truly take off, TEAMtalk report that his agents have sounded out United and a plethora of other Premier League clubs, even though Florentino Perez is reluctant to sanction a departure.
And with contact already established between player and suitors, Football FanCast sources understand Endrick is keen on a move to Old Trafford, having been unable to cement himself as a consistent member of the Madrid starting XI. In the 2024-25 season, he featured for just 352 minutes across 22 appearances in La Liga.

Having already signed Andrey Santos and Youri Tielemans to strengthen their midfield, Man Utd changing their focus to signing a new striker would make sense, and Endrick could be a fantastic option.
