A complete update to the 2027 class rankings took place Wednesday at 247Sports. While the full change ensued this week, we actually tweaked our top 10 last month. However, the new rankings always make for good time to dive into the latest recruiting intel. We are going to dive into the latest that 247Sports is hearing on the 12 players who are currently rated as five-star prospects in the class of 2027.
To be clear, Beckham Black, CJ Rosser, Cayden Daughtry, Demarcus Henry, AJ Williams, Adan Diggs, Lewis Uvwo, Nasir Anderson, Reese Alston, Jordan Page, NaVorro Bowman Jr. and Darius Wabbington are all at much different stages in their recruitments.
Some of them have already narrowed down their lists and set visits while others still have to cut down lists of 30 or more schools to those that they will prioritize moving forward. In some cases, the picture is getting a bit clearer and we’ll explain who we think has the inside track. In other cases, there’s not much clarity yet.
With that in mind, here’s the latest we have heard on where things stand with each of the five-star prospects in the senior class.
