Steve Montoya and Zack Poff discussed Carter on the MaxPreps Podcast after he hit a pair of field goals last week — from 35 and 26 yards — in a 39-19 loss to defending national champion Buford. The 5-foot-7, 140-pound kicker kept the game close early on, scoring the first six points for Gainesville before broke it open in the second half.
