Andoni Iraola has been handed the task of restoring Liverpool to the top after Arne Slot was dismissed despite just about securing Champions League football for 2026-27.

The France international is expecetd to consider his options this summer having fallen behind the sensational Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in Luis Enrique’s pecking order.
