As we reach the midpoint of the summer and conference media days, it means there’s a light at the end of the offseason tunnel. With the 2026 season just around the corner, it’s been a red-hot summer in the world of recruiting. The last month saw a whirlwind of activity, as the majority of top prospects went off the board. There are just a few stragglers left, but there’s still plenty of intrigue left.
One of the top backs in the country remains uncommitted, and several schools are wrestling over committed prospects as four of the power schools in the region compete to land the best class in the area.
