North Carolina, in its first full recruiting cycle with Bill Belichick as the Tar Heels’ coach, enters the second half of July with 17 commitments in the 2027 class.
UNC received 15 of its 17 commitments in May, June and July, with the vast majority occurring in June. And none hail from within state borders.
