Marquis Newson is entering the final stages of his recruitment with two programs at the forefront.
The 6-foot-4, 175-pound guard is currently focused on Saint Joseph’s and Virginia Tech, with plans to take official visits this fall before announcing a commitment in October.
“Both schools play at a high level,” Newson said. “The ACC is bigger than the A-10, but St. Joe’s is at the top of the A-10. I enjoy how they run their program and going to their practices.”
