On the recruiting front, Hudson chose LSU back on May 3 over offers from just about every school in America. The two-sport star, who is ranked as the No. 21 overall player in the nation according to 247Sports’ basketball rankings, could have played both sports at Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Miami, Ohio State, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, or just about any other program in America. However, he decided to play for head coach Lane Kiffin and the Tigers.
