The No. 6 running back in the 2027 class, Aiden Gibson, not only flipped his commitment from Penn State to Rutgers Tuesday afternoon, but Gibson also announced a reclassification to the 2026 class.
He will enroll at Rutgers next month as a freshman on the Scarlet Knights’ football team.
The 6-foot-2, 217-pounder spoke with 247Sports in the days leading up his riveting twofold announcement.
