The top recruits in the Class of 2029 were revealed by 247Sports on Wednesday and are looking at which states have the most players in the top 100.

Texas leads the way with 14 players including Ryder Flugence of Boerne-Champion (Boerne), the No. 1-rated player in the class. Legacy players B.J. LaFell and Tramon Williams Jr. were also included from the Lone Star State.

Florida comes in at No. 2 with 12 and is led by the No. 2 player in the class, J’deion Jackson of The First Academy (Orlando).

Georgia and California are tied for third with 11 players each.

C.J. Cypher leads the Peach State after leading Carrollton to the state championship game in 2025 as a freshman quarterback.

In total, 30 states including North Dakota have at least one player on this list. England also has a player from the NFL Academy.
