The 247Sports scouting department recetnly released its finalized Top247 for the 2026 high school recruiting class. The update featured major movement at the top of the rankings, with Duke commit Bryson Howard losing five-star status while three others gained it — bringing the final total of blue-chippers to 19.

The 2026 class features several five-star milestones. Kansas landing top-ranked recruit Tyran Stokes makes the Jayhawks the first program in nearly a decade to secure the No. 1 overall prospect in back-to-back classes.

Just three programs secured multiple five-star prospects in the 2026 class: Arkansas, Duke, and Kansas. The Razorbacks were the only team with three, further underscoring John Calipari‘s continued recruiting dominance. He has now signed six of Arkansas’ 10 highest-rated recruits in the modern era (since 2000) since arriving in Fayetteville in 2024.
