Mike Elko and his staff came into South Florida specifically and beat out Miami, Georgia and LSU for the nation’s No. 1 ranked offensive tackle Mark Matthews earlier this month. They also landed five-star edge rusher Zyron Forstall out of Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy.
