Hendersonville (Tenn.) Beech Top247 receiver Jeramy Laster Jr. is a terrific talent in the class of 2028. The 5-11, 165-pounder is ranked by 247Sports as the No. 186 overall player in the nation, No. 27 receiver overall, and No. 9 recruit in the state of Tennessee.
On the recruiting front, Notre Dame is one of many in a long line of scholarship offers. Auburn, Colorado, Florida, Florida State, Illinois, Nebraska, Vanderbilt, and others are pushing to land him. The Fighting Irish have prioritized him for quite a while, so they are firmly in the mix. It is also quite clear that his spring game visit to South Bend cemented Notre Dame as a top contender.
