It is just about decision day for Mobile (Ala.) Vigor Top247 edge rusher Jabarrius Garror. The 6-3, 215-pounder will announce his commitment on Friday, June 12, at 11:00 ET live on the CBS Sports College Football YouTube Channel.
“Chicken”, as he is known by so many, has narrowed his list of 30 offers down to four finalists. Auburn, Florida State, Georgia, and Texas are the schools still in the mix. Once committed to Alabama, he backed off that pledge on March 14 of this year and started focusing his attention elsewhere.
Per 247Sports, Garror is the No. 90 overall player in the country, No. 12 edge rusher overall, and No. 3 recruit in his home state. The industry-generated composite rankings slot him at No. 103 overall nationally.
Garror has completed his official visits, he has made a decision, and he is ready to share his commitment with the country.
