It’s almost decision time for DaJohn Yarborough.
The talented offensive lineman out of Basha (Ariz.) High will make his commitment on Saturday, July 11 at 6 p.m. ET. He’ll do so LIVE on the CBS Sports College Football YouTube Channel.
Yarborough, one of the top available front liners across the 2027 recruiting cycle, is down to four programs: California, Florida State, Mississippi State and Washington.
“It feels good to get to this point,” Yarborough said. “I’ve worked very hard for this moment. I was told when I was younger that I wouldn’t be able to play Division I football. I was told I didn’t have the athletic abilities to get to that level. Summer of my freshman year, I just kept my head down and went to work. That summer, it definitely paid off. Sophomore year, my recruitment started blowing up. That gave me motivation, and ever since, I’ve been staying on that grind.”
“I’m blessed to be in this position,” Yarborough added. “Everything all narrowed down, and I know I’ll make the right choice.”
