Watson earned MaxPreps All-American honors earlier this month after leading Tuttle to the Class 4A state championship in Oklahoma. He homered in all three state tournament games and was a force on the mound en route to the title. He is a potential selection in the Major League Baseball Draft this weekend.
Nelson coached Mulvane to a 28-1 record, its first state championship in 40 years and the No. 1 ranking in the Small Town Top 25.
