Dan Lanning and the Oregon Ducks are on a roll.
On Wednesday, Oregon picked up a commitment from one of the best quarterbacks in the 2027 recruiting class, four-star Will Mencl.
A day later, Lanning has added another elite recruit to his 2027 class. This time, though, it came on the defensive side of the football.
Semaj Stanford, a four-star safety from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, committed to the Ducks on Thursday.
Stanford also considered the Texas Longhorns and Georgia Bulldogs.
