Detroit (Mich.) Cass Tech three-star receiver Mylan Griggs is one of the state’s premier prospects in the class of 2028. The talented prospect has racked up nearly 40 scholarship offers to this point. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 49 receiver in the nation and No. 9 recruit in his home state.
On the recruiting front, Griggs has a ton of programs pushing to land him. Arizona State, Illinois, Miami, Michigan, Nebraska, USC, and others are doing all they can to land him.
Michigan State offered early in his process. Way back on June 22, 2025, the Spartans extended an offer. The new staff extended an offer again shortly after the arrival of head coach Pat Fitzgerald.
Griggs spoke with 247Sports about his interest in Michigan State and where things stand with the Spartans.
