Safety James Branch will be with his Baltimore St. Frances teammates in Florida for a 7-on-7 tournament this weekend, and he will be making news while there.
The 6-foot-3, 210-pound Branch, who made official visits to Stanford, Auburn, Virginia Tech and Maryland, will announce his commitment.
“I am going to commit July 11,” said Branch, who has strong connections with each of the finalists.
