Tyrone Jamison, the class of 2027‘s No. 38 overall recruit, has cut his list down to six schools and is set to announce his commitment Saturday at 4:30 p.m. ET live with 247Sports on CBS Sports HQ and the CBS Sports College Basketball YouTube channel.
The 6-foot-1 point guard from Shreveport (La.) Calvary Baptist Academy will make his pick between Baylor, Iowa, LSU, Miami, Oklahoma and USC.
“I did not want to go into my senior season stressed out about where I want to go,” Jamison said. “I want to focus on winning a state championship, so I feel like it was the right time to do it.”
Of his top six, Iowa is the only place where Jamison has completed an official visit.
