It is just about time for Perrysburg (Ohio) High three-star offensive lineman Reed Gerken to announce his commitment. The 6-5, 290-pounder has narrowed down his list of over 30 scholarship offers and is just a few weeks from a decision.
247Sports has the latest on the coveted class of 2027 prospect from the Midwest.
According to Gerken, he has locked in a final four that includes Illinois, Kentucky, Virginia Tech, and Wisconsin. He was previously set to announce in late June, but that has changed.
Gerken will now announce his pledge on June 8 at 5:30 pm ET live on the CBS Sports College Football YouTube Channel. The finalists remain the same.
