One of the nation’s premier showcases of college football recruiting talent, The Opening Finals, kicks off with 120 of the top prospects from the 2027 class compete at Nike headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. Several schools, including Texas and Miami, will have as many as four commitments participating in the exclusive, invite-only event, and strong performances could boost their Top247 rankings down the road.
Participants earned their invitations after stellar performances during one of the seven regionals this offseason. Five of the top 10 recruits in the 2027 class are set to participate.
247Sports will air a two-hour live show Thursday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. ET. The on-air crew will preview the event, break down the participants, highlight the teams in attendance, spotlight the Elite 11 quarterbacks and much more.
